FAQS FOR PDCTV-HD
What do I need on my PC/Mac/mobile device in order to view PDCTV-HD Content?
PDCTV-HD is accessible on almost every modern browser on almost every modern connected device, if you have a reasonable specification tablet or computer that is less than three years old.
You will need a strong, stable broadband internet connection minimum of 1MB (a mobile 3g, 4G, LTE, etc. internet service will probably be too weak or too variable to give a good service) with a ping of less than 100m/s.
You will need a computer, tablet or mobile smartphone device (such as an iPhone or Android smartphone – please note Windows phones, Kindles and game consoles may be compatible dependant on version), and it should be running a recent compatible and updated web browser such as Chrome, Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc.
What are the Minimum Windows Requirements?
Pentium 4 2.4GHz or higher or equivalent AMD processor with a minimum of 1GB of memory, running one of the following operating systems: Windows 7 or later. We recommend upgrading to the latest version for optimum viewing experiences.
Your browser should be at least as recent as any of the following:
• 64-bit Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 or later Edge: windows.microsoft.com
• Firefox 33.0.1 or later: www.mozilla.com
• Chrome 35 or later: www.google.com
What are the Minimum Mac Requirements?
1.5GHz with a minimum of 1GB memory running Mac OS X 10.5.6 or later.
What Mobile Devices are supported?
PDCTV-HD is available on most iOS devices including the iPhone and iPad (iOS version 7 upwards). Via the device’s web browser videos will be rendered in the native player.
Generally you’ll need Android Operating System OS 4.1 or later. Due to Vast array of Android devices it is worth testing you can view the content before purchase, using the free preview available on Catch-Up videos.
Does PDCTV-HD work on GPRS, 3G, 4G, LTE and other mobile networks?
We cannot guarantee the quality of the streaming on GPRS, 3G or LTE. 4G will provide a good viewing experience, but may incur costs associated with its use. We recommend streaming over Wi-Fi for an optimal viewing experience.

I’m receiving a “We’re sorry, this content is only available in certain countries” message
Some PDC televised events are not available for live streaming in the UK, Ireland and Netherlands due to our broadcast contracts with partners in these territories, who would operate their own online streaming.
I can’t access the stream on my device
First of all make sure you are connected to a fast enough mobile network (3g, 4g, Wi-Fi). If you believe you have adequate bandwidth, utilise Safari as the browser of choice on IOS and Google Chrome on Android devices.
For optimal experience on android utilise a third party programme such as VLC player to play the stream. If you are still having issues, please raise this with email@example.com

Can I download/embed PDCTV-HD content?
The PDCTV-HD service does not allow downloads or embedding of content in third party sites.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your cancellation request.
Please be advised that five working days’ notice is required for cancellation on this product, cancellation within this period may result in your being charged for the next period.
How much does a PDCTV-HD Subscription cost?
In line with the increased quality of streaming and additional available tournaments, the prices of subscriptions will now be as follows:

You may have been locked out due to too many incorrect password attempts. If this is the case then please wait 30 minutes before trying again.

I had a subscription but it has expired – how do I renew it?
The best way to do this would be to LOGIN and once done click on the SUBSCRIBE button on the top right hand side of the page. Once clicked, please choose a subscription and proceed to payment.
Or, go to MY ACCOUNT once logged in and then click JOIN NOW on the ‘my account’ page.

Once logged in navigate to My Account at the top right of the page and then ‘update billing details’
Am I eligible for Priority Ticket Sales periods?
An additional benefit of Annual Subscriptions is the opportunity to purchase tickets in Priority Sales periods for some televised PDC tournaments. For any information regarding PDC ticketing please click here.
Subscribers who purchase a PDCTV-HD Annual Subscription within 14 days of the cut-off for a Priority Sale period and subsequently use that benefit of the subscription to purchase PDC event tickets in a Priority Sale period waive any rights to receive a refund in full or in part upon a cancellation of their subscription.
